SCA Membership

If you live within the parish of Stenton, you are eligible to join Stenton Community Association. Membership entitles you to hall hire at reduced rates and with prior permission from bookings/admin team you may borrow items such as tables, chairs crockery etc. free of charge.

 

Annual Membership costs £2 per individual or £5 per family. If you are not yet a member but would like to join before making a booking, please email the admin team at info@stentonhall.com to arrange payment. You will not be able to take advantage of the reduced rates until membership is paid and you have been added to SCA’s list of members. Membership runs from November to November.

 

Duration of Hall Hire

Our online booking system only allows bookings on a per day basis (00:00hrs to 00:00hrs). If you wish to make a booking which runs over 2 (or more) consecutive days or require the hall for more than 24 hours, please email admin at info@stentonhall.com and our team will be happy to discuss cost and arrange your booking and payment.

Please ensure the duration of hall hire booked includes any time required to set up and clear up for/after your event. Requests for additional time post booking will depend on whether there is an event booked prior to or following your own. Please discuss your requirements with our admin team.

Commercial Bookings

If you wish to book the hall for commercial purposes i.e. where the hire results in financial gain e.g. exercise class where the attendees pay per class, please email our admin team at info@stentonhall.com to discuss cost and arrange your booking and payment.

Booking the hall implies acceptance of Stenton Village Hall Terms and Conditions of Hire. SCA encourage hirers to read these before progressing a booking.
