Pickleball

Whether you’re a complete beginner or already love the game, pickleball is a fun, low-pressure way to get active, meet neighbours, and try something new.

Recommended attire:

• Lightweight, breathable clothing such as a T-shirt or sports top and flexible shorts, leggings, or joggers.

• Indoor trainers/court shoes with non-marking soles - these give you good grip and protect the hall floor.

• Optional: layers in the colder months - to remove as you warm up.

The key is to wear something you can move easily in and shoes that support quick changes of direction.
